To Register a New Meeting or Update a Registered Meeting, here is the information required:

  1. Meeting Name:
    1. for a change - show how it appears on the list now, and how you want it changed
    2. for a new Meeting - show the name it is given.
  2. Location: (be as specific as possible)
    1. Building Name:
    2. Street Address:
    3. Cross Street:
    4. City, State/Province, ZIP/Postal Code, and Country,
    5. Building Location (easy directions to get there);
    6. Room Location (how to find the Room in the Building).
  3. Meeting Features:
    1. Day of the week and whether it is every week or every other week, etc.;
    2. Time of the beginning and ending of the Meeting;
    3. Whether the Meeting is in person, by telephone, SKYPE, ZOOM or by email;
    4. The "focus" (general sharing, Book or Step reading and/or study, etc.)
    5. Additional attributes: wheelchair accessible, WorkAnon welcome, etc.;
    6. The language used: i.e. English, French, Spanish, other;
    7. Whether or not the Meeting is open to the general public and reporters or is a closed meeting to only recovering workaholics and those who may be suffering.
  4. Who are the Meeting Contacts and how can they be contacted1:
    1. Full Name, physical address, phone numbers, and email address for:
      1. the person providing this information;
      2. the primary contact person;
      3. the alternate contact person if any;
      4. the WSR, if any or that this information will be provided later.
    2. The Meeting's email address, if any.





1Specify the information that is authorized to be displayed on the Meeting's listing on the website. Persons can have anonymous aliases and anonymous email names as alternates to their personal ones. Physical addresses are never displayed on the website. All information given, except what is authorized for website display, is maintained by WAWSO, and is kept securely in a database available only to the WAWSO Board.
